Personal Assistant and Secretary to work two months in Abu Dhabi

Spanish company in the Hospitality sector.

From February 2015 we start a new business in the UAE. We need two people to work temporarily in ABU DHABI.

TASKS:
1. ADMINISTRATIVE ISSUES:
- Banking, Payments, organizing meetings, arrange multiply purchases.
2. LANGUAGES = There are 2 options, either one of these two options:
1ST OPTION = Spanish and Arabic.
2ND OPTION = Spanish and English.
3. AVAILABILITY OF TRAVEL STARTING 5th OF FEBRERY, 2015
4. MINIMUM FOR 2 MONTHS PERIOD = MAXIMUM 9 MONTHS.
5. ABILITY TO ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY AND DESCISIONES
6. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION-MANAGEMENT WITH DISCRETION.
7. TRANSLATIONS AND NEGOTIATIONS.
8. WORKING WITH CLIENTS:
- SENSE OF HUMOR AND FLEXIBLE IN HOURS. .
9. AGE FROM 30 YEARS TO 50 YEARS. .
10. - CUSTOMER CARE AND PROFESSIONALISM
11. Driving license is a plus

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
SPANISH = 1. Spoken and written.
2. ENGLISH AND / OR ARABIC = High spoken and written.
3. STUDIES = University Training, Marketing, Faculty of Economics, Management. Management.
4. Work Experience , minimum 2 years in hospitality business
5. IMMEDIATE INCORPORATION
6. Microsoft Office Knowledge (Excel, Word etc)
